Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging with Savvy Solutions VA Partnership. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry form, booking a discovery call, or entering into a partnership agreement with Savvy Solutions VA Partnership ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These Terms of Service apply to all clients, partners, and visitors of Savvy Solutions VA Partnership.

2Services Provided

Savvy Solutions VA Partnership provides virtual assistant and backend operational support services exclusively designed for U.S.-based credit repair business owners. Our current service offering includes the following 10 core services:

Credit Dispute Support
Bureau dispute letter preparation, tracking, and round management.

24–48 Hr Inquiry Removal
Rapid-turnaround inquiry removal assistance and outreach support.

Client Follow-Up Assistance
Scheduled check-ins, progress updates, and re-engagement.

Customer Support Management
Inbox management, inquiry responses, and escalation handling.

Client Onboarding Assistance
Welcome sequences, document collection, and CRM setup.

Backend Operations Support
Daily task management, pipeline coordination, and reporting.

Document & File Organization
Credit report filing, dispute archives, and client documents.

Administrative Assistance
Calendar management, data entry, CRM updates, and scheduling.

Workflow Support
SOP creation, process optimization, and automation-ready builds.

The specific services included in your engagement will be outlined in your individual partnership proposal or agreement. Savvy Solutions reserves the right to update, add, or modify services at any time with appropriate notice to active clients.

Important: Savvy Solutions VA Partnership provides backend operational support only. We do not directly provide credit repair services to consumers, and results achieved through our operational support are not guaranteed. Individual results vary.

3Partnership Agreement & Scope of Work

All partnerships begin with a discovery call, after which a custom proposal is prepared. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a written partnership agreement or proposal sent to the Client.

  • Clients are not required to commit to all 10 services — every engagement is fully customized
  • The agreed scope of work may not be expanded without a written amendment or updated proposal
  • Onboarding is completed within 1–2 business days after agreement execution and initial payment
  • Savvy Solutions reserves the right to decline any partnership request at its sole discretion

4Payment Terms

Savvy Solutions VA Partnership offers two payment structures depending on the nature of the engagement:

  • Monthly Retainer: Best for ongoing support (disputes, follow-ups, backend operations). Recurring monthly fee due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • One-Time Project Fee: Best for defined project-based work such as GHL setup, SOP creation, or specific workflow builds. Payment due before project commencement.

All fees are outlined in the individual partnership proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of virtual assistant and setup services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced. If you have concerns about service quality, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

5Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information shared during and after the partnership. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Client business strategies, client lists, and operational processes
  • Dispute letters, client data, and credit-related information handled on your behalf
  • Savvy Solutions' internal systems, pricing, SOPs, and team structures
  • GoHighLevel account credentials, automations, and configurations built for the Client

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the partnership agreement and remains in effect indefinitely.

6Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the Client (including GHL builds, SOPs, workflows, and automation setups) become the property of the Client.

However, Savvy Solutions VA Partnership retains ownership of:

  • All proprietary systems, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services
  • Training materials, internal processes, and operational documentation belonging to Savvy Solutions

The Client may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute Savvy Solutions' proprietary frameworks or methodologies without written permission.

7Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful partnership, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, tools, and information required to perform agreed services
  • Respond to communications from the Savvy Solutions team within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights
  • Pay all invoices on time as outlined in the partnership agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to credit repair services in their jurisdiction
  • Not hold Savvy Solutions responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client

8Limitation of Liability

Savvy Solutions VA Partnership provides backend operational support. We are not responsible for the financial outcomes, credit score results, or business performance of the Client or their clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Loss of revenue, clients, or business opportunities
  • Errors or delays caused by third-party tools (including GoHighLevel, email platforms, or CRM systems)
  • Any credit repair outcomes for the Client's end customers

Our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with 14 days written notice via email to [email protected].

  • The Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
  • One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Upon termination, all Client-owned deliverables will be handed over within 5 business days of final payment clearance
  • Savvy Solutions reserves the right to terminate a partnership immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that is harmful to our team or business

10Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable U.S. arbitration rules.

11Changes to These Terms

Savvy Solutions VA Partnership reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage all clients and partners to review these terms periodically. For significant changes, we will notify active clients via email.
